I've noticed this with Schenn and Couturier, they've only progressed to 79-80 after three years, really sucks when trying to do a Flyers BAGM.

If it makes you feel better, those guys would be lucky to be 2nd line centers in a few years. In 5 years, they'll have a combined 0 all-star games and 0 Stanley Cups (unless they play for another team)

They have good trade value though and match nearly every teams trading block so its easy to find a trade for them

My friend who plays as MTL had a player improve by 20 after having an amazing year, as a 55 he had a 30 goal season and improved to a 75 and he had only 3 star yellow.

does anyone know for sure if young players in Be A GM ever gain weight? It's frustrating that Hopkins is 185 lbs for his whole career or Niederreiter should be over 200 lbs eventually. Also too many scrawny Rookies each year, it would be ok if they packed on 10-20 lbs each year since player weight actually makes a difference in this game.
