They aren't ranking on need though, they are ranking on a basic best case scenario. He won't go top 10. Patriots have so many more needs above TE. Reaching at 4 for a TE would the epitome of stupidity

Who do you take at 4 if Hunter and Carter are taken?
Warren is supposed to be another Gronk.
I do agree at 4 to take a TE is a huge risk, I would feel better if we traded down to no further than 10.
The Bears may want to trade up and grab Jeanty?
IMO you do not take Campbell for so many reasons already stated, especially if he ends up playing at guard.
That would leave Membou or Graham maybe TMac?

The scouts love Membou's ceiling, I think Campbell has the higher floor.

At this point, my guess is that whoever you take at #4 is probably going to have flaws.

Campbell's flaw is that he doesn't have great length. Jeanty and Warren play devalued positions. McMillan is slow. Membou doesn't have experience playing LT.

I’m not buying that on Campbell. I believe he will be an elite NFL LT. I also don’t hate Membou but we signed an exlusive RT and I am reluctant to rely on a conversion again.

I believe the stat was their hasn't been a tackle drafted in the last 25 years with Campbell's arm length that has even made a pro bowl. I think saying he will be an elite LT is a huge stretch.

I believe the stat is a player that has Campbell’s arm length and was drafted high in the first round. If it is just an arm length only qualifier fine but putting the draft pick delimiter on it feels like a bastardizing if the criteria. I believe it’s the latter. I would be more reserved in my prediction if it’s the former.
