You do get the gold star for messing up everyone’s names though , JD1 was right on that.
I’ll call you “Texas Holdem’-Pet”

Ullmark is not making roster decisions.I'd offer an additional year to Giroux if he goes down to $4 million aav. I'd love it if Ullmark took $7 million aav for 6 years.
Kleven has to have a helluva a rookie year to get more than JBD (who is currently better than Kleven).
Hoping Sogaard can be a back up next year so we don't have Forsberg's $2 million on the books (unless Ullmark expresses wanting to keep Forsberg there)
I mean if the dude came here, and ended up signing an extension because he's comfortable here (possibly in part) because his friend is here too, it'd make sense for Staios to take that into consideration.Ullmark is not making roster decisions.
Maybe in the next life. For now you’ll just have to try and fix the spelling on the internet for the 5 billion people on earth.
Chabot & Norris are certainly the players under the microscope this year as they combine for $16m per season. That's a lot of cheddar.I wouldn't be surprised to see Chabot eventually traded if there's a hockey deal out there. If Norris plays well enough then same thing, but that seems less likely.
Here you go.Can we please get back on topic. We need an @UglyPuckling spreadsheeet
That’s awesome. I think you can add Ostapchuk and Yakemchuk in pen. Here you go.
Please note the colour coding which conveys status info as follows:
Orange - These players are not under contract next year but have been inserted as “placeholders"
Blue - ELCs this season that will be RFAs next season. So, these numbers are low.
Yellow - New players that have been added to the roster this year.
If people have some ideas on replacement players for next year, or what our soon to be RFAs (blue cells) will get paid, I can likely generate another spreadsheet with those edits in a few days.

I have Ostapchuk’s salary in there already as the 13F. I can move him to 4C. I focus mostly on the numbers. That’s awesome. I think you can add Ostapchuk and Yakemchuk in pen.
UllMark 8.25I have Ostapchuk’s salary in there already as the 13F. I can move him to 4C. I focus mostly on the numbers.
I can put Yakemchuk in as 3RD.
OK. Here’s the revised spreadsheet with Ostapchuk & Yakemchuk included. That’s awesome. I think you can add Ostapchuk and Yakemchuk in pen.
OK noted. See below.UllMark 8.25
Kleven & Grieg will be RFAs next year, so those numbers are low. However, we might end up with a less expensive backup goalie. So I gather we are sitting pretty good right now with the cap.
Gregor RFA - Giroux UFAKleven & Grieg will be RFAs next year, so those numbers are low. However, we might end up with a less expensive backup goalie.
So, in summary, yes it looks OK to me so far unless there’s some surprises.
Greig at 3. Kleven at 1.75. Haliday as the 13th. Forsberg jettisoned into the Sun and either Forsberg or Merilainen as the backup. Maybe cousins at 1M.OK. Here’s the revised spreadsheet with Ostapchuk & Yakemchuk included.

Yes. I dropped Gregor and replaced him with Ostapchuk in the latest version. I guessed that’s what you wanted.Gregor RFA - Giroux UFA
See revised spreadsheet below. We are close to the cap ceiling now.Greig at 3. Kleven at 1.75. Haliday as the 13th. Forsberg jettisoned into the Sun and either Forsberg or Merilainen as the backup. Maybe cousins at 1M.
Wouldn't it be great if he took a similar deal as Spezza did with the Leafs? Around $1M if I remember correctly. A girl can dream. I guess it depends on the numbers he produces this season. Hope he accepts $3.5-$4M going forward. I think it'll depend on how this season goes. If we make the playoffs and make some noise, maybe he recognizes that SS will need some cap space to acquire the missing pieces. That's what Alfie did at one point (took less to have a better team). Is finding a name to consistently incorrectly spell a known disease or is it unique to you?
I won't be surprised to see Claude go year to year a fair bit under 5.
