If the Leafs can upset Washington we could get Claude in round 2

Sens boring - win

Montreal- Cassidy > Claude- win

Pens- no letang & Marchand > Crosby- win

Blackhawks- Stafford in place of Daugevens- win

****ing Cup !!!!!

Whooooowhoooo

Hey, it could happen....

I think the Leafs will make it a much more interesting series against the Caps than the B's would've.

Leafs defense is not good enough, they will get destroyed by Washington. I'm going to give the Leafs one game and say Washington in 5.

it will be much more boring, but the bruins at least have a chance to win the series vs ottawa.

They said if was to be Sens vs. Leafs it would start on Wednesday, Leafs/Caps on Thursday, so I would assume as Ottawa has home ice either way, it would be instead Boston vs. Ottawa on Wednesday.

In before it turn ugly. Never had anything bad to say about the Bruins. I'm actually a fan with all the ties with the Ottawa region over the past 10 years (Julien, Chara, Ryder, Krejci, Kelly).

No disrespect I rather face the Bruins than the Leafs just as I know you guys prefer facing Ottawa than Washington.

Here's to a good series.

The Bruins fans are happy we didn't get wash but we are forgetting that we didn't beat this team this season.

I feel like we went from a -3 percent chance to win a game, to a 35 percent chance to actually win a series.

Rask can actually do this vs Ottawa. They are not the juggernaut that Washington is.

Still, Ottawa handled us in the regular season - but this is a different monster.

I am sure both coaches will come up with game plans for each other.

First time for both teams playing each other.

Well not sure in the Bruins last game against Ottawa what they did different in the first period,if they can take it to Ottawa like they did that period they will win this series.

Ha, I knew if I picked the Capitals in the "Which team would you like to see the Bruins meet in Round 1" poll then the opposite would happen...you're welcome!

I will not get too excited as the B's have not yet beat the Sens this year.

The playoffs will be like a different season. The B's are short d men and that is bad.

When will the first game be ?

Leafs give up a lead in a critical game only to lose, I feel like that has happened before.

As for Ottawa, I have never minded them until the last 2 years when they ****ed the Bruins season on back to back seasons; going on an amazing run to catch the Bruins for the playoffs in 2015 and then beating the Bruins 6-1 on the last game of 2016. Would love to end their season.

The Canadian Tire Centre is booked Thursday and Friday so the series should be Wednesday, Saturday for the first two games of the series.

Leafs can beat Washington. Not sure if they will but I won't be shocked. Bruins know what they need to do vs Ottawa. Should be a tight series with a minimum of three OTs

I'll take be boring hockey with a chance for more hockey than likely 4-5 games of hockey watching our team chase the play

Just hope Krug and Carlo are back and ok. I'm holding out hope both are healing up and they're just being extra cautious hence the bruins quietness. If they were season ending injuries or a concussion I have to believe they'd tell the fans

Now that we know we are playing the Sens, count me in the "sign McAvoy to his ELC" crowd. If you can make it through the Sens with McAvoy, and Krug and Carlo come back for round 2 (or before), who knows how far they go.
