He's a decent GM. He absolutely attempted to reload instead of rebuild in the name of keeping his job after Bread and Bob left. It obviously didn't work.I'm sure a lot of clubs would want him as director of amateur scouting. A lot of his picks are now breaking out in Columbus. But his judgment as GM in the last few years was bad enough that I'm not sure he gets another GM job. I'm not sure one way or the other, whereas if he was fired a couple years ago I'm sure he would have another GM gig.
