Question, if you're on the PK and you clear it in the final seconds, you start the clear on the PK but the puck gets to the other side of the ice after PK expired is that an icing or not?

If the puck leaves your stick before the penalty expires it’s not icing

The way I see it, he's getting paid 4M to score goals, 1M to get assists, .5M to screen goalies, and 1M for leadership.

If the other team has the puck, you don't blow it dead unless it's a potential life or death situation.
