The thing with Wrestlemania is that it's booked as a show with four main event matches. That's what makes it the big show that it is. HHH vs Reigns is a main event tier match, and should be treated at such.
Should it be last? Ideally, probably not. But ideal went out the window and into the hospital along with half the roster.

seriously they can still set up a beautiful Mania
HHH vs. Reigns (self explanatory)
Owens vs. Bryant(hes gotta be cleared right?) (some beef about Owens proving hes the best thing ever)
Lesnar (who wins Rumble) vs. Wyatt
(Wyatt says its time to for the face of evil to hunt the beast) then when brock goes on hiatus & Bray as champion can say the only thing bigger than taking down the beast is taking down the machine. He has a feud with the authority and takes them down. Bray is a made superstar and then HHH and stephanie can take a break to refresh the authority angle (which will always be around in some form or the other)
Undertaker vs. Ambrose ignore the IC title and just have it as a brawl find some excuse

Bryan eliminates Owens from the Rumble. The next nights Bryan comes out to a massive pop, does a "glad I'm back" promo, and Owens attacks him from behind. Just destroys him. Then talks about how he's the best thing in WWE, and the fans should be cheering him and not someone who has been hurt the past year etc etc
