True But it sets up a KK Jarvis (Kase??) 4th line and that's got to be murder on teams. We’ve been hoping for awhile he’ll get a shot, but we don’t know why Stastny missed practice. Probably a little premature to celebrate.

Ehh by that logic Aho would’ve been kept out too, went 7-0 without him. If Patches were completely ready to go he’d be playing tomorrow. He’s already way ahead of schedule so just slowly ramping him up and getting him back into game shape. I don’t think our streak has anything to do with his status.Rod doesn't want to mess with the streaking lineup and just knows this thing isn't ending anytime soon but can't just come out and say it. Could it end within 10 games? Maybe. Probably not. Patches may be lucky to get in by April at the current rate.
Seemed pretty obvious I wasn't serious when I said it was unlikely he'd play until April because we'd still be streaking, but here we are.Ehh by that logic Aho would’ve been kept out too, went 7-0 without him. Folks, I keep saying it, this Brind’Amour guy knows what’s up.

Brind'Amour is not a sandbox type of coach. He has his gameplan and the team uses the regular season to sharpen that plan to a fine point.Problem with that is, if things are going well most of the regular season and you don't try different things, you have no plan when things go wrong in the playoffs potentially. I think we ran into some of that last year.
And if Necas is that fragile, he's probably not gonna keep this up anyway. And I say that as someone that isn't convinced he will be any good at center.
It doesn't really upset me or anything, but when you know you're gonna make it, you might as well use the regular season as your sandbox to test things occasionally, in my opinion.
Aho became a C the first season Brind'Amour was a coach so it wasn't likely two off-seasons. I get that he was an assistant before that, but Brindy came right out and said Peters was calling the shots and it wasn't until the end of Peter's last season where Aho got about 10 games at C. I do agree they went into that off-season assuming he'd be a C.IIRC Aho worked on transitioning to Center over an entire offseason. Maybe two. Like a Brind'Amour side mission.
A quick experiment with Necas at C wouldn’t hurt. See if he can handle the defensive responsibility. He swoops in the neutral zone and attacks like a center offensively already anyway.
Well, may it was A generated. The I didn't come all the way along with the A, though. That article was one of those AI generated things wasn’t it?
If it was we clearly have nothing to worry about for another decade at leastThat article was one of those AI generated things wasn’t it?
Or so the Skynet would like you to believe. If it was we clearly have nothing to worry about for another decade at least
In case anyone was wondering why CardiacCane would put out such a terrible article and of it was because of a desperate cry for attention by a site nobody wants to write for.....
That article is going to scare off any serious candidate who would consider writing for them
