When the Islanders are bad I used to go to 10- 15 nhl games a year just because of the cheap tickets. NYR at MSG probably 4 games a year based on last minute cheap tickets somewhere.

Looking to nab preseason tickets for one of the September games at the Garden as it will be my last chance to take Henrik to MSG for a while before the move to Texas. If anyone is moving tickets, let me know. I’m sure they’re out of my price range but if anyone has really close tickets where he can get down by the ice that would be incredible.

Down ice will still be expensive, but if you can check the New York Rangers Season Ticket Exchange group on Facebook.

A lot of Rangers sellers in that group and often at very reasonable prices (compared to secondary).

Yeah for some nonsense reason that hasn’t been explained, the next time they do approvals for becoming an approved seller is in January.

You should still be able to join the group but becoming a verified seller takes time. You can still sell tickets as a non-verified seller.

I've sold a bunch of tickets through there and am still not approved (despite applying during the end of last year and over the summer). I'm not sure why it's so difficult, but people still are fine with buying from non-verified as long as you show proof of tickets. TBH I don't think its hurt my sales at all and I can easily grab vouches from those I've done business with now.

Hey everyone, coming into NYC for the weekend of November 10-12 and am interested in getting four tix to the November 12 game vs CBJ. Bringing my nephew who has never been to a game (he'd likely become a Rangers fan which is begrudgingly OK with me...I will just have to cut him out of my will ;) Anyway, I'd want good seats so he gets a great first impression so I was thinking lower level maybe sections 115-119. My question is this: do tickets typically get more or less expensive as it gets closer to the game date?

It's hard to say with that game and those seats. Weekend game during NFL season fairly early in the season. I don't expect the demand to be huge to push prices up but there is probably not a lot of listings meeting your requirements. Prices will vary wildly depending on the particular row and section.

Bottom line is that there is no reason for overall prices to increase but you don't want to lose out on a decent deal by waiting too long. IMO best bet is to keep asking here if anyone has those kind of seats and keeping checking ticketmaster (which has both official and verified tickets) and resellers like stubhub and vivid etc.

I am a NYJets season ticket holder ( for 34 years), and would be interested in swapping my 3 field level seats plus parking pass ( $440 my cost) for the Nov.6 LA Chargers game at MetLife for 3 NY Rangers tickets of comparable cost.

Long shot request here: looking for a reasonable single ticket for the 4/13 NYI game so I can get my daughter in the door. The wife and I are going and she’d really like to come along. She can have 1 of my 2 barstools and I’ll loiter behind them. If that’s an issue I’ll go sit by myself- she just wants to experience the rivalry in person.

EDIT: NeverMind. They changed their dance competition so no we can’t go at all lol.

You get a separate entrance into the arena and in seat waiter/waitress service for food and drinks (which usually costs more than if you got it yourself at concession stand).
Does having a waiter/waitress mean you cannot go to concessions and get your own food/drink?

hi guys. obviously really no way of knowing for sure, but i wanted to take my son to one of the games at the end of december, the 22nd or 23rd. he is a HUGE Shesty fan and we were trying to figure out which game out of the two he would be more likely to start. who the hell knows but what is the consensus here? oilers are the better team, but sabres are a conference team and those games should inherently be more important. but like i said i know we have no idea, just trying to make the right choice for him.

I think he plays friday night against the Oilers.

National broadcast, ESPN/Hulu and only one other game that week (out of 5 nights) against Toronto, so plenty of rest leading up to it.

They may even play him both games since they have 3 days off after the Buffalo game too

Would be willing pay a reasonable price for 2-6 tickets to any of the Olivia Rodrigo concerts at MSG, if anyone has any ins.

My daughter is a big fan and is devastated we couldn't get any tickets. The resale prices are insane
