When have I ever . . . EVER said that? Please show me. Don't worry. I'll wait.

relax, I'm not being as serious as you think. I make it "sound like" you're thrilled with Torts' decisions when I'm only saying you're not going to enjoy another Torts post in the GTD which is the exact point you made.

I'm so beyond sick of hearing about the Nash trade. Brandon Dubinsky has ONE MOTHER ****ING GOAL. Yeah that's some depth.

During intermission the HNIC broadcast just had an interesting discussion about whether Crosby/the Pens tampered with the Flames-Bruins-Penguins Iginla 3-way, which is a BIG no-no. The speculation was that Crosby called Iginla prior to him giving his final yes to Boston and swayed him to come to Pitt. They showed footage of Iginla being asked this specifically, and he didn't quite go so far as to say that; but seemed to imply that this, or something like it, happened.

The Nash trade was a huge mistake. I'm sure the Jackets are happy to get rid of him and his huge contract. He hasn't done much in this game except causing a pk which led to a puck in our net :shakehead

Thank you, I haven't laughed that hard while watching the Rangers in a long time.

Two mediocre players lol. Dubinsky is arguably as good as Callahan. Anisimov would be our 3rd best forward, has size, plays a sound defensive game and is Columbus's go to forward playing in all situations. Decent D prospect lol, he'd slot in quite nicely instead of Hamrlol and Emingecrap. He was the organization's top prospect and they gave him away just like that.

How will they help? Well they add exceptional depth to our putrid bottom 6. It seems fans are discounting the bottom 6 and bottom defense pairing from the team.

Exceptional depth? Please. We are not a better team with Ani and Dubi and without Nash. You can stop right there, because that argument is as absurd as it is wrong.

Oh, and if Ani was a go-to forward, he would actually perform like it.

It's everyone's fault at this point. Players and coaches. Gaborik and Miller have golden opportunities to score and fail. It's been that way all year with this team.

Duguay said it perfectly. They're not agressive enough on defense. They sit back, and hope the goalie makes a save, and the rebound bounces to them

How about zuke leading our forwards in ice time and tying for first in blocked shots...

He's shown he belongs...

From now on, when people ask me who should replace the coach when I make remarks about replacing the coach to give this team a new look, I'm saying Ron Duguay.

You mean Dubinsky and his 1 goal since the 2nd half of 1918? Dubi was a salary dump period.

that trade was basically AA, Erixon and a 1st for Nash. If you DONT do that you deserve to be fired as a GM.
