Seriously this game is proof that Girardi benefits from McD.

Get him off this team already

If we're going to be a team that is uncoached in the offensive zone, you might want to appear that you've coached defense.

What an atrocious showing. Nauseating.

-4, but I'm glad. He's being exposed. Trade him and Del Zotto for some offense from Edmonton.

Its sad but true. Im glad hes being exposed how overrated he is. Maybe that'll convince Slat to trade him to a team that is desperate for Dmen.

Sad part is, the Rangers looked great in this game after the first couple of minutes and up until the Bruins third goal. This is the first game all playoffs where I'll say that the opposition goalie has outplayed Henrik. Rask has looked shaky, but he made a couple of great saves when the game was tied. Gotta hold serve at home, but just like last year, even if they manage to win this series in seven, they're in trouble moving forward. Oh well.

Maybe Girardi can be shipped off to Edmonton or Colorado is exchange for some offense.

Although a bag of pucks would be nice too.

Pretty much proves that Corsi is garbage wrt deciding the caliber of a player.

Girardi a 5 and Chara a -8 lirl.

Corsi is shots directed at net including blocked shots, which the Rangers have done a good job of getting more shot attempts through IMO. Doesn't take into account defensive lapses in own team's blue goalie crease.

Here we go Dorsett. Good fight, good job.

We have to answer in one way or another.

i wish Rangers had more grit and heart like Dorsett does... i wish some of these so called leaders would lead. step up... stick up for yourself.. its pathetic that some of these players choose not too.

Well, that was an unlucky bounce. Bruins win fairly though. Hank's worse game this season but at least Dorsett beat the crap out of Campbell. Few NYR players get a passing grade today. Girardi by far the worse skater on the ice.

We're still not in trouble until we lose at home, but I went from having all the confidence in the world coming into this game to complete dread for the rest of the series.

Guys you can blame the defense/goaltending all you want. But the team philosophy is suspect allowing Boston to carry the play all game.

Your defense/goaltending is going to get overworked when your forwards almost never commit to much of anything either on the transition or the Ozone.

we won the fight

i hate those staged let's-change-the-momentum fights... but i didn't mind that one so much.
