The problem that is killing the Rangers in the first two games isn't even their PP. Its the transition game.
Boston D has been pretty suspect at times in both games. But the Rangers need to be able to fluidly handle the puck and counter attack from their defensive zone.
The Rangers can't do this consistently. The two goals the Rangers did score, in this game, were off of individual efforts.
Rangers, as a team, are just not good enough in their transition game to be contenders. I blame most of that on Torts.
