Potentially an unpopular opinion, but there are essentially two major faux pas to avoid when designing a Rags uniform:

1) diverging from the gorgeous shade of royal blue used on the classic Broadway Blueshirts' sweaters
2) using a logo in place of the diagonal script on the front

This atrocity manages to do both.

To each their own, but I thought the dark ones were pretty sharp.

The problem is the boredom of the diagonal script and the main logo. Sure they're classic, but hard to get excited for any new iteration of it like this new 3rd.

They are pretty bad. They logo doesn't look nearly as good as the Rangers text logo they use on their jerseys. It looks like a toned down stadium series jersey. Usually the Rangers get ir right with their uniforms.

They should of just kept one of the reverse retro jerseys of the Syatue of Liberty. Both of them were very clean looking.

This is where my head is at.

Horizontal stripes on hockey jerseys are a rightfully classic look. But…there is a limit. And it doesn’t help when they are highlighted by bright colors.

I counted at least 23 separate stripes on the arm alone. And I wouldn’t be surprised if more can be counted with a larger photo
