Now I'm sad...... Because of this stupid decision to play Bahl and Smith in the same game and healthy scratching Siegenthaler and my brain has now processed this AND I have urine in my shorts......

I'm almost afraid that we're gonna re-sign him, but it's mostly irrational paranoia.
We see many instances, both on our team, as well as around the league where staffs become a little obsessed with a pending UFA and get you really thinking that he's getting re-upped, only to be gone by July 1st.
So I'm still confident we WON'T be re-signing him, though I'm not so confident that Ruff won't lobby to have his boy re-signed and if I'm Fitz, I say ''f*** OFF OR YOU'RE NOT RE-SIGNED DICK HEAD!''.

I just don't get how Ruff can preach accountability, scratching Siegs now and Severson earlier, but still trot out Wood. It's baffling, it's hypocritical, it's annoying. And I don't care how bad Siegs has been, Bahl's been worse and should be out of the lineup instead.

I can totally see him getting re-upped and having a BAD season next year and then we have to fire him.
And you know he's gonna be at least second in the Jack Adams. Maybe Montgomery gets it, but does Lindy have a Jack Adams? They may give it to him as sort of a lifetime achievement award, like when they gave it to Darryl Sutter last year for the first time.
