In a cap-world you can't just add and add talent and mask mediocre tactics.

Therrien does not use this teams' strengths.

This team is clearly flawed and lacking high end offense, that being said I just don't see how you can evaluate talent when it's utilized like Therrien does. Virtually no player on this team is used to their strength, I mean Weise and Sekac are the obvious example but the "system" is limiting all of them out there.
