Zack Sabre, Jr. has won the G1, and wants his shot at the King of Pro Wrestling show on October 14, so that he can defend the title at Royal Quest IV in England on October 20.

Honestly makes me think he's gonna win it, or has a possibility of it.

Curious who challenges him at the dome. Could be a Naito rematch. Shota and Shingo were the 2 guys who beat ZSJ. He got his win back against Shingo (my match of the tournament btw) so I could see ZSJ/Shota between KOPW and WK, hell that could be the Royal Quest match.

Stardom 5-Star Grand Prix Final this morning

Tam Nakano is now the World of Stardom Champion, she is the third woman after Io Shirai and Mayu Iwatani to win the red belt twice, and she never lost the first one. Natsuko Tora, who I think was supposed to win it off Utami but tore her knee in the match, is now the shortest reigning champion at 33 days and failed to defend the title in her first try. She shaved her head and changed Oedo Tai’s name for this.

It was particularly surprising to me because Tam went winless in the 5*GP.

So, the winner of the tournament came down to Maika vs. Saya Kamitani. Maika went undefeated in the tournament, and Saya Kamitani turned on Maika, to join Oedo Tai H.A.T.E., and dissolve Queen’s Quest for good, and it seemed, now, to set up Kamitani to win after Natsuko drops the red belt so soon, but nope! Maika is the first ever undefeated winner of the 5*GP

You can take the H.A.T.E. out of Oedo Tai, but you can’t take the Oedo Tai out of H.A.T.E.

I think they do the Maika/Tamu match on September 14.

Hazuki has tried to win the white belt 6 times and has never won, most recently losing to Natsupoi a couple weeks ago. It was a match that actually received a response from Kairi

She is sad and taking losses for Stars

Last night she had to be coaxed into wrestling and was very lethargic. It’s actually produced a response online that she’s being disrespectful to the fans who paid and want to see her.

She didn’t want to fight Starlight Kid, whom she hates.

Ended up getting pinned again, leaving her opponents in Neo Genesis confused and dissatisfied.

Koguma, her tag team partner, is sick of her shit.

Some are worried she is going heel, to which, HATE is up to like 9 people, though Kaori Yoneyama tore her ACL, so Fukigen Death isn’t around right now, but they don’t need more.

Destruction show yesterday was a lot of fun. Finlay/Yoshi-Hashi blew my expectations out of the water like most Yoshi-Hashi matches. Henare/Shingo was definitely my match of the night.

KOPW on Oct 14th is looking like twice the show that was and it was pretty good so I'm really excited. Would love to see the crowning of Zack!

Crazy shit going down in Stardom today

Hazuki snapped out of it thanks to Maika, but she lost to Starlight Kid in a #1 contenders match for the white belt (Natsupoi retained). Hazuki snapped further as they hate each other

Starlight Kid has to cut her promos covering her face.

Suzu Suzuki and Tam Nakano were supposed to fight last year until Tam got hurt and had to vacate the red belt. They’ve been brawling for 2 weeks at house shows, and then Tam took wild bumps, but she is the champion

Mayu Iwatani beats Toni Storm, IWGP women’s title, awesome match - big shock. She will face AZM next.

Great-O-Khan wants to fight an intergender match for the KOPW title at Historic X-Over.

Dump is coming back October 27

To further the comment about Kenny

Kenny Omega appeared at NJPW Power Struggle and said that he would love to return to the NJPW ring and face one of the company’s new stars. He stated that he would love to test himself at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, and he said he would love to do it as a representative of AEW. Omega praised NJPW and called it one of his favorite places in the world.

The article also has two embedded tweets including one with four minutes of Omega speaking Japanese except his catchphrase at the end

I highly recommend you all go watch Catch 2/2 vs. Ichiban Sweet Boys. It was one of the best tag matches of the year in my opinion.

I've yet to finish the whole show, but I assume ZSJ/Shingo was great as always.
