Out of the entire thread this is the only one that I think I might vote for. Its as close as your going to get to RRP2 (similar beat and 3 spaced out "Hey!'s"). Much better than any of the other rock songs with long "woahhhhhhs" that nobody will sing along to for the average regular season goal.

I would start it at :18 (Can someone do a mock-up with this and the horn?)

I really don't like the ''Let's go Devils!'' line in that custom song. It reminds me of that cheap Long Island franchise with that ''Let's go Islanders!'' in their goal song a few years ago.

I hope they don't try to make one for the team in fear it's an abomination like this.

I like that custom song, My only concern is that because it is old (judging by the pictures in the slideshow) that the Youtube user might not be active with his account, and there will be no way for the team to set up royalties/permission to use it if they want to use it. I do really like it. I will take all the criticism for saying this, but I think the rangers goal song is pretty good ( only thing I like about em) and always wanted us to have a custom song just for us. Would be too cool

Ehh yea Im not a huge fan of the LGD in it either, but its only once and quick. Im going to vote for it because its the same idea as RRP2. The custom Islanders one is horrible lol.

I swear I have seen it before all of this nonsense ( maybe I'm wrong??) The user the video is posted form could of posted it after taking it from someone else's page. They would have to track it back to the originator

Edit : Never mind, I now see the user name is the same as the credited musician in the video. Hopefully this makes it

Yea the more I listen the more I like it. Hopefully we can make that one win. I don't think there will find a better one than that. Its simple beat, 3 "Hey's", and obviously no one else in the league has it.

It would be awesome to have a custom fan produced song, been saying this and maybe if enough people put that in it could happen. Spread the word, and there are actually a few of them.

I like the custom one, but it serves no purpose if the goal of the powers-that-be is to stop the crude chanting. "HEY, YOU SUCK!" continues, only with this song there's an additional "LET'S GO DEVILS!" chant.

I think it would stop "you suck"...idk it doesn't really fit in this song. Plus the fact that now everybody KNOWS that if we say it they will just change the song. Worth a shot.

i'm thinking the perfect time to start Rich Andruska's custom song would be at 00:15, so there's enough buildup.

also, i think that this whole debacle is kind of one of the funniest things to happen to the team - i'm hearing so much about everyone's music tastes hahaha

I think no matter what they change it to, people will chant YOU SUCK to stick it to management. They only get their way if fans choose to comply. It would be very easy to chant "you suck" with this song. Not so easy with some others (like the awful Bon Jovi b-side they used).

I thought the Jovi song Raise your Hands was pretty good.

And while being from NJ is not a prerequisite it is a pretty worthwhile bonus, for Jovi or anyone else from NJ.

My guess is the final 3 will include a Jersey band, a fan submission and then something else, I voted walk, I thought it would be bad azz, though it certainly is open to "u suck".
