They're constrained by having cheap ownership. But their drafting and development has been excellent, they tend to get great value on signings, and do pretty well in trades.

You're not wrong, I just don't see the hype for an administration to be considered best in the league when they haven't even made the finals let alone won a cup.

They look good on paper, but so did the Leafs. And both teams continue to fail to live up to the hype when the going gets tough

He knew that the wasteful use of the teams resources left him with hardly any flexibility.

He failed and in doing so f***ed this team cap etc.
