Yeah, I have no idea. I would guess the trust/authority stuff is like you say, but there's the question of dependence/control/influence. If a teenager were claiming it against a mid-fifties billionaire, then who knows, but I don't even know who is accusing who of what and which age. I believe that while technically she would have been of legal age to have sex, soliciting her for sex online, on the phone, etc would still be illegal because she was under 18.
