Given the stakes, that's the best CFB game I've ever seen. There have been big comebacks, but not one of those true Hagler-Hearns Round 1s on this stage. You know it when you see it. I just saw it.

I absolutely loathe gate keeping. But if you think it was dumb to put Cincy or TCU into the playoffs over multi-loss preseason favorite teams, I don't think you like college football and I don't think you like fun. Wisconsin and Notre Dame and the down years for the blue bloods don't need this stage. It's college football, not the NFL. It's always been about chaos. Let go and enjoy it.

I've bet A LOT of CFB games and paid super close attention to most of the country. 2022 TCU making a national final is the most impossible thing I can remember.

They had a losing record last year. The QB used to flat out suck. They lost more than they gained in the transfer portal. They didn't have a huge recruiting class. There's no obvious talent inflection point.

This must have been what it felt like for Leicester City.

My guy, the Georgia Oklahoma Rose Bowl is still the best ever.

The mirrored FGs at the end of the half is one hell of a parallel.
