OT: Nats, Wiz, O's, Ravens, Terps, Navy, Gtown, Mystics, Golf, Summer 2022

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
They have the same exact odds until they drop to 4th, so moving from 1 to 2 or 3 doesn't change anything for them. Still a decent cushion to get into 4th (worst) place.
It does change their 'worst case' scenario, but you are largely correct. Given that the first four picks are in the NBA lottery, finishing worst gives you the 5th pick at worst. If they finish second worst, then they could pick as low as 6th, and so on.

I still hate the way the NBA draft is done. Top pick or two, fine, but the worst team in the NBA should be guaranteed higher than the 5th overall pick. Glad the NHL doesn't do it that way.

Man 2 buzzer beaters in our 2 biggest games of the season. That one hurts Terps fans.

Its time to question coaching. How do you let that happen TWICE we had the ball in hand both times for a walk off win. Shot to fast and let them WALK OFF us :(

Wiz playing their way out of last place tank wars.

The Odds don’t change much for 1st overall but worst case pick moves back

Watch this be the year the worst team wins. Not sure they can out tank Utah at this point (who are actually tanking). They've already been fined for sitting players.

I feel really good with the three 2024 first rounders and how they developed through the year. They naturally don't get any respect from the refs for unspoken rules BS where they give foul shots to 250 players bullying to the net and get brushed by a 170 ibs player trying to get out of the way. NBA refs=the worst.

Coulibaby I'm not sold on as a core piece. He's a had a couple of short stretches where I'm like he's getting it and then go for even longer crappy stretches where he drives the net and has no clue what to do and has zero touch or extincts.

I'd trade Kispert who doesn't fit the time line to try and either move up or get another pick in this draft.

AJ is intriguing he can really manipulate his way through hesitation and athletic ability to get to the net despite a body that looks like a starving whippet from a food challenged country.
