Yeah, too many players without tools. You've got to have at least size OR speed. Gallagher has neither and unfortunately is not able to will the puck into the net.

Brendan Gallagher's lack of skill is really showing. He's not overly fast, he can't really stickhandle, he's not very elusive with the puck, he's not a great puck distributor, and his shot is nothing special either. He's the definition of will over skill and without either, he's not much of an effective hockey player.

He used to be elusive. Now i think he might be out of shape, i dont know. You just dont see him buzzing around like he used to.

I actually think Danault would do better on a line with gallagher and lehkonen than galchenyuk. He just seems like a guy who plays at the same level anywhere in the lineup.
