Plz see all pivotal games from 2010 untill 2014 and come back to me.

Thanks

I went to visit Boston the summer after the 7th game win. I took friends to visit the TD arena.

The TOUR GUIDES at the arena were litteraly gushing over Subban. Said that he was THE reason they lost the game and the series. Said that all guides and arena employees would come out close to ice level just to see him practice. They told me he was even electric during the practices.

Heck, on their wall of fame (photos of their sports teams), you see a lot of shots of Bruins vs Habs games (they have this weird obsession with our team), and one of the shots was of PK during the playoffs.

That, buddy, is a true testament to a player's value. When the opposing teams' EMPLOYEES talk not stop of you to complete strangers...

The whining in this thread is ridiculous lmao. I've probably skipped through 90% of the posts. There's bigger things in life to worry about than a video tribute to Subban.

^ Cool story bro. :)

The Canadiens have been winning a lot of games in overtime lately. However, I fear that going to overtime against Nashville may not work out so well.

I predict the Canadiens to win the first period and to win in regulation, or to lose in overtime.

Go Habs! :handclap:

He's better than Hedman? Hedman is almost at PKs career high in points at 59 games into the season.

He's part of the big 3 with EK and burns right now.

Career wise yes pk is better. One year where headman may or may surpass pks best year doesn't change that for me.

Going to be quite interesting to look back at this thread, when the reaction to having Hedman or Ristolainen compared to Subban is apparently a "joke".

I think p.k is very talented and he is a bonafide star D arguably top 10 in the league.
I can see why Ekblad is debateable but even at that his ceiling is higher and he is still young.
That being said I'd take Hedman or Risto over him in a heartbeat.

Honestly, the PK has very few flaws.

i)Speed isn't great
ii)Can be inconsistent defensively
iii)Tends to have a slow start to the season
iv)Tends to dive sometimes
v)His shot is inconsistent

Can't think of anything else.

Does he?

He had a slow start this season after struggling with injuries... Any other instances of slow starts?

He was never really that good in the beginning of seasons. In the middle of seasons he could be in the conversation for the best Dman in the league.

Weber might be a better fit for the team but I am convinced we traded away the younger, better player and someone who is arguably a top 5 defenseman for someone who needs an ideal partner and is maybe top 20.

On the main board there is a thread( albeit a troll one) asking if Weber is still a top pairing defenseman, which he obviously is but you never hear that kind of nonsense about Subban.

Basing your argument on HFboards masses..... Not a good way to go.

I hope PK doesn't get too excited and starts making mistakes
