I'm not sure exactly, but it's definitely at least 30. Ampeg apparently relocated to New Jersey in the early 1960s, right next to Newark which is where my dad's side of the family is from. I believe my grandfather got one for free after doing their logo. But the real beauty is the Gretsch. My dad looked into selling it years ago but it wasn't worth enough to justify selling such a beautiful passed-down instrument. Let me see if I can find a picture of it. He was great at guitar; still up for debate whether or not it runs in the family. If the bolded is a 60's model then that is the coolest piece of gear listed. Those are super nice. I had the bass and wish I never sold it.
I used to be piano refinisher. Since you live in Jersey getting the good lacquer is easy.
Is the Tele a USA made? If not, I would not put my time into refinishing it.

It's a Standard Tele, early 2000s, so made in Mexico, and apparently they just dipped the entire body into tubs of polyurethane paint lol. I know in advance that re-finishing an inexpensive and...not-old guitar, is not really worth it, (if it's even possible with this model), but I kind of wanted to gauge to what degree it's not worth it.

Either way thanks a ton for the info. Very interesting, regardless.
Edit: Ah, sweet, found a photo of both:
