Nope, never ever. When the new stadium was built apparently they tried to get Bruce to be the first ever concert there and it wouldn't work for scheduling. And years ago there was a rumor he might play Birdshill park and that never happened either.

Springsteen coming to Winnipeg Nov. 10​

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform at the Canada Life Centre on Nov. 10.
Tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster's Verified Fan pre-registration program, and is open until Feb. 19 at 10:59 p.m. Winnipeg time. Prices were not announced.
Springsteen has never performed in Winnipeg before, and fans have been hoping he would perform in the city for more than five decades, ever since the New Jersey legend broke on the rock scene in the 1970s with hits such as Born to Run and Thunder Road.
