I would say a top 4 established RD on a cost controlled contract would be fair value.

I liked Pitlicker in the games he played against the Sharks, he looked really good. He can skate, can hit, and has offensive creativity. Dont know about considtency though.

Age 24 and only 31 NHL games. Consistency for someone like this usually comes in the 25-30 range. Only the good ones shine before age 25.
