It's not contact termination. He's waived to be sent to Laval if he clears.

Only made the team cause Laine got injured and they didn't want heinemen and kapanen both in the lineup. But both guys outplayed ABB in the first two games and third game both showed way more than ABB.

He'll be back up later if we have another injury-filled season.
