Leafs don't want him, he can't make their team,

But he will be in the starting lineup for Montreal,

That speaks volumes about the two teams, Lol

Ottawa didn't want Galchenyuk, but he was a part of the leafs and in the playoffs. He also could only get a PTO with a team with no team going into the season and managed a league minimum contract

That speak volumes of a certain team
Lol

Your Worst Nightmare
I really liked Brooks. He's a safe player that can put up points in limited minutes. He could be the next Verhaeghe or the next McKegg. But, like with both those players they were mid rounders who eventually got a chance outside the organization and they managed to become NHL players. We'll see how far Brooks can ride this, but I think he'll be in the league for awhile.

Yeah, if "volume" means that the TML have a deeper center depth than Montreal.

I still try to understand what so hilarious about it.

Don’t mind him. But don’t mind losing him either. He is just a bubble 4th line guy. Dime a dozen player unfortunately

As a Leaf fan, this sucks. So as a Montreal fan you should be happy.

I had high hopes for the kid, he can make the NHL. I'm not happy about this one bit.

But I wish you all the success in the world Brooks. Have a good one.

Honestly? What high hopes are you referring to? 4th line center?

Potential to become a good 3rd liner, Evans and Brooks at bottom C for Habs is great.

Too bad we lost em.
Was a utility type player for us. Engvall kinda saved his job with his recent play, Brooks probably finds a home on MTLs bottom6.

Vanilla hockey player that has some untapped offense
