I watched 200 Cigarettes the other day for New Years. I haven't seen that movie in quite a while. Apparently you can't stream it anywhere so I went down a rabbit hole trying to find a pirated version and still couldn't find it. I eventually ended up on a Reddit thread that had this link:

For Taylor Sheridan stuff, I haven't seen that many. I mostly liked the first season of Tulsa King, but the second was horrible. Didn't even finish it. Almost done with season 2 of Lioness. I thought the first season was better, but the second still has me hooked. Tried the Mayor of Kingstown, but stopped for whatever reason. Maybe I'll give it another go.
Oh wow, didn't realize Tulsa Kings was Sheridan. I enjoyed, but didn't finish the first season.

Essentially, I only thought of Yellowstone and the prequel(s?).

I'll check out Mayor of Kingstown and Lioness. Maybe finish Tulsa Kings.

I just watched the opening scene of Mayor of Kingstown and can't get past asking where the kid was standing when he hit the tennis ball. Rather, where was that spot when the zoom out in the final shot?

I didn't look very hard, but couldn't find a mention of it. Well, besides this:

Severance on Apple tv is the best show out there right now
I loved the first season and really want to watch the second, but I'll probably wait until all episodes are released and then binge it since I don't have a subscription at the moment.

I started watching Bodkin yesterday. Watched Ben Stiller on Conan and they were talking about Severance so I'll have to give that a shot.
It's a total mindf***. Just go in realizing that nothing will make sense after ep1, it'll make a little more after ep 2. Plan on binging 3 or 4 episodes for passing judgement

Took some of your advice and it started watching more Sheridan series.

Landman is incredible. Billy Bob and his wife are absolutely awesome. Whoever hired the cast on that show she get a raise.

Lioness is a very good series. One of the gun battles at the end of season two was epic. Ole Sheridan himself rocks the scene.

Now watching Suits.

I want to watch Shogun 2.0 but can't find it anywhere unless I have to play a lot extra. I'm also waiting to find the last half of Yellowstone last season.

After Suits will be finishing up Cobra Kai.

While this is all happening, I have a kajillion DVDs of great/critically acclaimed movies on DVD/BR that are sitting there (3ft stack) I bought like 10 years ago that I haven't watched...

And now for something completely different...

I remember seeing the posters for Six String Samurai in the late-90's, but I never got around to watching it until now. Even though it is a perfect example of style over substance, I really enjoyed it. I watched the 4K release (on disc) and it looked like it was shot yesterday, but you can watch an older print for free on Youtube. Definitely not for everyone, but if you like quirky and weird stuff, this might be up your alley. Here's a summary:

"In 1957, World War III ended and the United States lost. Decades later, Buddy, thinking that he's a dangerous Buddy Holly, traverses the radioactive landscape with a guitar and a sword. Dodging mutants, cannibals and the occupying Soviet army, he heads for "Lost Vegas," picking up an orphan sidekick along the way. In the ruined city, Buddy competes with other rockers for the title of "The King," now available in the wake of Elvis Presley's recent death."

The wife and I just finished Cobra Kai this past weekend. While the show had a lot of ups and downs throughout, and sometimes lost the mojo, I can't fathom a better way to end the show. The last five episodes absolutely knocked it out of the park for fans of the show and the original movies.
