I'm interested in seeing the list of most victories in a row by an NHL club (regular season, playoffs, or combined) in one season, but not counting overtime or shootout wins. In other words, the most three-period wins-in-a-row by any team, at any stage in a single season. Let's make the cut-off point 12 wins in a row, or more.

This what I've got:

1954-55 Red Wings (RS + playoffs)
-- 15 in a row (66 to 23 goal diff.)
1981-82 NY Islanders (RS only)
-- 15 in a row (97 to 35 goal diff.)

1929-30 Bruins (RS only)
-- 14 in a row (60 to 28 goal diff.)

1970-71 Bruins (RS only)
-- 13 in a row (85 to 29 goal diff.)

1967-68 Canadiens (RS only)
-- 12 in a row (51 to 18 goal diff.)
1985-86 Flyers (RS only)
-- 12 in a row (65 to 32 goal diff.)
1992-93 Penguins (RS only)
-- 12 in a row (71 to 34 goal diff.)
2009-10 Capitals (RS only)
-- 12 in a row (58 to 25 goal diff.)

I'm pretty sure I've got all of them for regular season only, but I can't be sure about the combination of regular season + playoffs.

Has any NHL club ever won more than 15 in a row (three period wins)?

The '23-'24 Oilers won most but not all of the 16 games they won in a row in regulation. The '16-'17 Blue Jackets also had a 16 game winning streak, and some of those games went beyond regulation as well. The longest winning streak I could find for the 2019 Lightning was ten games (not all regulation wins). The 2023 Bruins' longest winning streak was also ten games (eight in regulation).
