Is Baumgartner's streak the longest ever including those that span multiple seasons?
Those two also played extremely low ice time. I wonder what the streak is for most minutes played without a point.
For Bomber, it's about 425 minutes. Wright only went about 235. Maybe Jim Kyte's 40+ game streak wins if he was playing decent defense minutes (13-16)?
Quoting myself from another thread (but this is looking only at streaks within a single season):
Most minutes in a season without scoring a single point? In 2002, Mathieu Biron played 532 minutes and didn't record a single point.
Longest stretch without scoring a point within one season? In 2003, Scott Lachance was scoreless for the first 41 games and had played 811 minutes heading into the 42nd game. (His point came seven minutes into that game, so his final tally couldn't have been much higher than 811).
The record for a forward appears to be Nino Niederreiter. In 2012, he scored in his 5th game of the season. He was scoreless the rest of the way, a span of >508 minutes over 50 games.
I'm not 100% certain on these, but let me know if anyone finds a longer streak.

EDIT - there are a couple of long streaks currently in progress. As of today, Ryan Graves has been scoreless through 478:09. He ended last year on a three game scoreless streak, for another 41:29. (I'm assuming he had zero scoreless ice time in the game before that - his point came with 26 seconds left in the third period). So he's up to 519:38 (and counting).
Noah Juulsen is currently up to 514:00. He ended last year with six scoreless games (94:32). He probably had a bit more scoreless ice time in the game before the streak started - his sole point was at 6:56 of the first period. He played 15:40 so let's give him a rough estimate of 10 more minutes. That's a minimum of 608:32, and the actual number is probably at or just below 620 minutes.
