It always annoys me when people act like a dog biting someone is the owners fault and only the owners fault

It reminds of that cecil the lion thing. It was in the news that cecils brother was going to murder all of cecils cub and they were acting like it was the dentists fault. I mean it was in a way but doesn't the goddamn savage thats going to eat a bunch of cubs shoulder some of the responsibility?

Similarly, doesn't a dog that mauls some kids face also bear some responsibility?

I don't know, maybe I'm off base there.

I had a little 5 point Pomeranian with the ex years ago and her best friend was an 85 pound pitbull named Jade. T this dog had a 6 pack. Straight muscle. Sweetest thing you'd ever meet. Watching them wrestle was always fun. And would scare ppl regularly in the park if they were play fighting.

You're not from Toronto by any chance, are you? My godmother has always had pit bulls that she trained from the time they were puppies and a few years back she had one named Jade. Sounds like the dog your describing.

Some people shouldn't own pit bulls. THOSE type of people who want to own a TOUGH DOG and train him to be that way. Worst kind of people. If someone owns a pitbull trained to be a PIT BULL, they are a person to avoid.

I agree but they are hardly the only dangerous (if ill trained) breed out there.

I have never met a Pitt Bull that was a bad dog. They have a bad reputation because a few bad owners turned them into savages. A Doberman is a scarier dog.
