Only way kings interested in trading muzzin is a overpayment and rightfully so He's one of the best number 2 in the nhl. Larsson got Hall from Edmonton. Muzzin is way better then Larsson so what that worth I also was not the one offering it so why you're quoting me is absurd

No GM will offer this kind of return for Muzzin. Not while Trouba and Fowler are available anyways.

First off it was not me asking for that offer. It come from a hab fan FazChenyuk so go talk to him about making it. Next Muzzin is not available so it would take a insane offer to even get our gm to think about trading him. Muzzin is better then both Trouba and Fowler. Jake is among the top corsi players in the league since corsi has come out. If Larsson can get a former overall number 1 pick in taylor hall What does a top corsi better defenseman in jake muzzin get ? Have a nice day

Jake has more points then larsson, plays more mins then larsson Has a better corsi then larsson He has played at a high rate in the playoffs which larsson hasn't done In what world is muzzin not way better then larsson?

I suggest you go put up a poll and we would see that muzzin would win it by a landslide I like Larsson and wanted him in la but comparing the two Its Muzzin by a mile.
If you want to do a poll go ahead, I pay no mind to them, as I'm not overly interested in fanboys voting for their favorite players, it's a popularity contest and has no bearing in determing actual player value.
I saw the two of them play plenty and the difference between them is negligible all things considered. But I'm sure you, being a Kings fan that probably didn't saw Larsson all that much know better.

lol you have not stated one thing that Larsson is better at then Muzzin I have stated points, corsi , time on ice and playoff play. I have seen as much of larsson as you have of muzzin and to me there is no comparison Muzzin by a landslide Your entitled to your opinion but you should be able to back it up with some sort reasoning other then your say so However i won't try and change your mind as its closed to any reasoning HAve a nice day
The Montreal - Colorado is a good one, good job OP. However I would simply scratch Mitchell and Barberio unless COL really wants him.
This would gives us a very interesting Center depth of Galchenyuk #1, Plekanec #2/3, Soderberg #2/3 and Mitchell #4.
And it gives Colorado a 20 years old offensive prospect who's almost a PPG in the AHL. DD is a cap dump but he might surprise some, he proved in the past he can put a lot of points with a goal scoring winger.
I don't see why L.A would be interested in the proposal so I wont bother.

No, because in that game, it was our backup in nets, not Price.
So you base yourself on viewings from his draft year which was more than 2 years ago?
If he's a far cry to become anything at the NHL level, so is 90% of the first round picks after the top10.
After a tough time last year with injuries, he's already at 1 goal from his total in 36 less games. Scherbak is a valuable prospect.

Muzzin has better numbers without doughty then he does with doughty Ice time is generally given to players who earn it with good play and Muzzin has played well and earned more ice time simple as that
Because we have a perceived weakness offensively in the middle 6 center spots (Plek not producing and DD being DD).
We also have no one that meshes completely with Weber (Markov is now too old/slow, Beaulieu isn't there yet if ever and Emelin is Emelin)

Muzzin hasn't played the majority of two seasons now with Doughty. Muzzin anchors the Kings second line, with A-Mart.
Muzzin's stats, have always increased (away) from Doughty, not paired with him.

I wouldn't do it if the expansion draft weren't a thing. But I really still like Scherbak as a prospect (we need wings and I think he'd instantly become our best forward prospect after Jost), and I'd much rather pick up a decent prospect then lose Soderberg for nothing. Not sure if other teams would offer something comparable.
