Habs before Clode

lose 4-0

Habs with Clode

lose only 3-1

#AdvantageClode!

jokes aside, amazing coach but hope the wins are very very few this time around.

Also interesting for a team that was struggling to score goals, not exactly sure Clode's system will do wonders.

To me the Habs forwards look weaker than Bruins and Clode was having scoring issues with us.

Either way, hope it doesnt work out again and blows up in the Habs face. It's a nice start.

Didn't take Claude long enough to demote Galchenyuk to the 3rd line. Montreal fans should expect Plekanec as their 1st line C next game.

Over under before Claude blames their Colin Miller/Ryan Spooner

I like Claude but this isn't going to go well

now it's only been one game but...interesting to see Face Plate led all habs D-men with time on ice.

Habs fans apparently hate him too.. he is just not a good hockey player.

Hope he continues to get his minutes. :)

Really don't think Claude is a good coach to come in this time of the season and expect a turnaround .

team is just not that talented and the replaced a demanding, structured, defensive-minded coach with basically a better version of that coach. I mean yeah that's better I guess, but it's not going to change the dynamic of the team much.

I am thrilled that CJ lost his first game. Keep those losses coming. Go on, take the money and run!

They have talent but it appears the more talented guys are also the least disciplined.

Watched the whole game and the only positive (for the Habs...) was Price.

If it turns out to not only be rust from the bye + a momentary lack of confidence for whatever reason (I know they lost 7 out of the last 8, but they're still top of the Division), I would be worried if I was a Habs fan.

The Habs looked like a scared team, but also a bit... disinterested. Zero pressure, zero urgency, zero tempo, very few good chances created, a lot of mistakes on defense. If this is their way to impress their new coach... I wonder if there's a bit of resentment in the locker room because they let go their coach while first in the Division, maybe?

Well, anyways... Real ugly game from the Habs. Hope they stay par for the course... ;)

Sounds like your describing the way the Bruins had been playing most of the season.

Gotta say that Galchy had a bad game with plenty of turnovers all over the ice.
Let's say that Claude will miss Bergy as his #1 C.
