Watch the replay. The guy drop his stick and the stick remains on radulov's own stick for a while. It prevented him from shooting earlier. He had to wait for the stick to drop off his own stick. IMO it was borderline a penalty. You're not supposed to drop your stick like that when you are beat.

Yeah, I saw the stick. I don't think it was called because Radulov drove through the stick taking it with him. The only way the guy is able to hold onto that stick is if he wants his shoulder dislocated.

Thought Rad had a shot right in front though.
