I thought the Pens announcers were supposed to be turrible homers. They don't seem so bad to me.

Yah, they were often complimenting our players and trying to avoid bias. They are human though but looked okay.

Mind you, Jack Edwards starts off games looking like a top notch commentator then ends like a pyscho.

What games like this show is not the habs need a HW....they desperately need a gamebreaking forward....that's what we're really missing.

All I'm saying is that I'm OK with that whistle, I still think Chris Lee's a horrible ref, but I'm not that closed minded, that one, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm sorry guys but I don't feel safe with Price in net. Each shot seems like an adventure for him so please feel safe for me guys !

The guys seems to have left a lot of energy in the first. I'm worry about the second.

Is it me or does Halpern look fast tonight ?

Sens' were worse. They are just annoying with some idiosyncratic comments at time.

They seem to have a fetish about our size.

I think my memories of Halpern got mixed with Metropolit at some point. He's bigger and more gritty than I remembered. Still fast enough as well. Good pick up, he's more useful than Blunden anyways.

Agally and Eller probably the two best puck possession guys playing with armstrong who cant hold the puck for their dear life

The play-by-play guy is fine. The color guy is annoying and sometimes likes to go off the deep end and sounds like an annoying grown-up kid of sorts.

They're being passive-aggressive right now. They'll stay that way unless we get the lead - then the BS will flow...

Eller's patience and strenght/poise with the puck these last few games has been nothing short then phenomenal. Sometimes a little too much, actually (When he did like 17 laps in the OZone vs Buffalo )

So far so good as far as Chris Lee is concerned. We haven't heard of him, and if that quick blow is the worst he does tonight we're lucky.

It's probably just the new player playing a first game on his new team syndrome, but what Halpern is doing out there is exactly what we're missing on that 4th line. Checking, physicality, and a never-quit attitude. I don't know if it lasts, but so far, so good.

Ryder is playing amazing. People here are sometimes biased and won't give him credit because they remember the old, one-way Ryder who used to be an uni-dimensional sniper, but the guy is much more than that nowadays. Playing under Julien made him a much more complete player. If he keeps it up, I'd keep him. He's playing a very clever game.

Halpern looks great. I think he's motivated to play well since we're bound for the playoffs. Has to be a good feeling to get picked up by a team like the Habs.

Dominating the 1st and yet...0-0. And then comes the 2nd....Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself.

I think it's got something to do with the benches being further away from the Habs zone during the 2nds. Perhaps it messes up system.

Halpern plays a smart game whereas Blunden runs around like his head's cut off.
