Hoping for a better game tonight. It's a good rivalry and thinking the team will have to get off to a great start. GHG!

Time to avenge our playoff loss. Hope the boys are ready when the puck drops cause if the Rangers score first, it might turn ugly again.

Haven't you been reading these boards during any of the past few playoffs ? He was getting heavily bashed (deservedly so).
He has been a play off disappointment. Every year.

Long way from "hated" though

I never wrote that I thought that Pacioretty was lazy or a bum or that I hated him, where did you get that?

Brought to you by ... Rewriters of History Inc.

You never know when you might just get lumped in.

Exactly what I was suggesting yesterday night after te Wash. game.
They cannot be worse than these two over-the-hill players.
That's silly. But Hemsky is going to do absolutely nothing playing with grinders.

Mitchell is the same. And I'm not even sure Davidson can climb a hill lol

Just score the first goal so that I can have my free medium size McDonald’s fries.

Signing players that are clearly past their prime does not work.
It does not work most of the time. That is no reason to stop taking that literally inexistent risk if there is a potential reward out of it. The signing doesn't work out? That 1M, halfway through the season, literally won't hurt you if you send the player down.

And FYI, Hemsky was injured most of the year last season, and he scored like 35 ES points the season before. That is very good. Nobody was whining at the signing due to the low risk involved, until he has had 2 bad games (a very meaningful amount of games).

Considering how poorly the Habs have developped, yes it's not a big deal. However if McCarron and Scherbak were ready, they lose icetime because of these useless bums.
