DD so predictable...Markov wide open for 2 hours..nope. Waits for Patches for the obvious pass.

12 games in 3 seasons isn't indicative of anything. The kid's not a centre in the NHL, and he's not really impressing as a LW much either.

Yeah he's young, yeah I know, but I'm just commenting on the modern reality - I know he has all the potential in the world. So did Kostitsyn. So did Afinogenov.

Again, you are assigning blame on the wrong guy. Look no further than the buffoon behind our bench. Galchenyuk is better than DD at everything by a mile yet our coach loves wee little DD. Blaming Galchenyuk for something beyond his control is over the top.

Hasek did it. So why wouldn't Price?

I refuse to expect a player to have top 5 historical seasons at his position for a stretch of 3-4 years. Can't ask that from anyone.

Possible? Yes. Probable? Leaning towards no. He's just so damn good this season.

Pacioretty gets puck in half board and all Habs players hide so there's no pass options.

Desharnais is a 3rd line winger in the NHL. Best fit for him.

Do you really think it's better ?

Surely, there's no Bouillon/Murray butt we still have Gilbert
I think he was just as good last season anyway... Remember that crazy Ottawa win? Gave up a bunch of goals but was just insane. There were so many games last year where he had to stand on his head. This year he's been a wall but at least he doesn't have Cube/Murray in front of him. We're not good but we're better than last year.

Yes, he's been just as good. Better ? I doubt it... The last goalie I've seen be this dominant was Brodeur in his prime...

It's affecting his development - isn't it?
It's making him trend lower - no?
We can't plan for him to play as centre next season - can we?

When Pleks aging and DD being DD - one of our "top6" Cs has to move for Galchenyuk to get his call, with Bergevin being conservative as he is won't want to depend on a player who has played 12 games in 3 season as C, will he?
