DD looks like crap again. At least he didn't pick up any phantom points tonight. Can't wait til he's demoted.

Murray took the guy with the puck. The slot was wide open and people still blame Murray for that??
Yeah because people will never blame the guys on the team who people are in love with. ;)

Sketchy call, but bad decision by DD there.

Eller was just as much to blame as Diaz and Murray. He went into the corner where there was a puck battle with two Habs there (Diaz had the other guy cut off). The guy in the slot was wide open and Eller was the third man in.

Eller isn't perfect, even if he's awesome.

Sure, I do agree but the main point for that puck coming out in front went as followed:

-Puck was dumped in on Murray's side.
-Murray lost the race to the puck.
-Murray then lost coverage, which forced both Diaz and Eller to pitch down low.

Yes, Eller and Diaz are both to blame as well but if Murray a, doesn't lose the race to said puck and b, uses his actual strength to win a puck battle in the corner, Eller and Diaz don't pull the same mistake.

DD should be benched for the entire third for attempting to throw the game.

Murray's speed has nothing to do with him as a player. His lack of speed is well documented and he's never going to beat guys to the puck, at least not easily. Signing him comes with the the horrible speed.

I actually think Murray made a good decision to try to cut off the puck. I'd have to see the play again, but it looked like Murray stopped trying to go for the puck because it was tied up, which Diaz and Eller tried to dig out, which left Bourque wide open.

lol @ people saying Nashville sucked in the 1st period. Knew it was going to bite us in the ass.
