Not saying I disagree, but be careful with that sentiment. Julien was given a ton of rope by the FO (and a large portion of the fanbase) for past success and we were told things like "no other coach could do better". Then no-name Bruce Cassidy swooped in and took a team nosediving toward 13th in the conference to the playoffs.

The guy has a system down that has worked time and time again, but it definitely does not suit all teams and he'll do everything he can to try to make it work no matter the make up of the team. At least that's what I experienced.

It really isn't that far off from Therrien from what I know.

Lots of teams have a fire burned under their *** after a coach is fired. Not saying Julien walks on water, but he hasn’t been gifted a lot since the moment he took over.
