This team lacks talent big time. Without Price and Radulov.. we are not a good team.

This team will struggle to score goal until the end of the season and even more in the playoffs. The problem remains the same than before MT was canned, the only difference now is that Price is back to self.. but we still have all the problem in the world to score.

Without Crosby and malkin the pens are complete dog ****.

Without Kane and Toews, the hawks are nothing.

Without Kopitar and Doughty the kings are nothing.

Remove the two best players from any team and guess what... all teams would suck.

Pacioretty-Galchenyuk-Gallagher
Lehkonen-Danault-Shaw

Why is this not our top 6 right now?
Wake up Julien.

WHAT? You want to score goals?????? But, but Galchenyuk is the worst defensive player in the history of the NHL!!! Why would we be playing our best offensive center over the face-off specialist Steve Ott, when we can't score goals? You are crazy for suggesting a line where each player was PPG for over 20 games last year.

Not trolling Danault is what he is. And its not a #2 center and definitely not a #1 center. But thats what happens when the fan base gets used to mediocrity for so long, it becomes acceptable.

To be fair, it's not Danault's fault that he's on the first line.

I just don't want to see the kid get the abuse DD suffered. He's had a good year and contributed a lot to this team's success.

I'll never figure Emelin out. Looks solid for stretches and then looks like he just came over from Russia and has never played the position before in his life.

I know man...it's tough not to have a scapegoat....I understand that it was much funnier when DD was around and you need a new one. And incredibly enough....you found one. Congrats.

By the way, there are no #1 C's on this team. There's 1 C who's, right now, medicore offensively but is very good defensively. And 1 C who's good offensively but mediocre defensively. A REAL #1C is good all-around. We don't have that. So the idea is not to go with #1, or #2, but to find the best chemistry between 3 players on a line to get the best results possible.

Amen. A really difficult concept to grasp for some on here.

So who is the 1C that is mediocre offensively? The guy that hasnt done anything in what 12 games now?!?

Yep. He had some very good chances but don't put the points on the board which makes him mediocre. And it's my french medicore. Not the english one. So I guess I should have used what...putrid? Well great...but it goes for both....one is offensive. The other is defensive. Though, the PP....I have Galchenyuk 11 times out of 10.

Fixed, players who play with King and Lekhonen while producing are very good offensively.

Thing is....he mostly produced while NOT playing with those guys.

The Habs look like a bunch of strangers who were thrown together to form a team this morning. They can't do anything right tonight.
