Our anthem singer might sing part of O Canada in French tonight. He did it in Foxborough at the Classic alumni game and I am curious - How was his French?

We know his voice is shot now as he is 77. 40 years ago he was fantastic.

Of course Montreal had the gold standard. He was the best ever.

Love this guy! He sings it in French every time they play the Habs (not the reason I like him). It's a small detail that really isn't too significant in terms of the play on the ice, but I love a team that has the same anthem singer for years. He/she becomes part of the fabric and guys like him actually get the home crowd going, which should help the home team.

So pumped for tonight -- I've had this date circled since I moved to Boston.

Even happier to join the Habs HF boards contingent at the game tonight! Habs better win.

As much as I wanted to see Sergachev live, I want to win more than anything, and I think Pateryn is the right choice tonight.

Carr would be great too, but overall we've been playing well with Flynn.

I just walked past a lady sporting a hoodie that read: "I might be living in Quebec but my team is Boston". Some people really are ballsy lmao

I think Montreal wins this one easily....5-1

Emelin and Weber will hit big, open ice monsters I'm talking about

Galchenyuk with a multi goal game. Weber with another PP goal

Rancour (sic) for better or worst, is an awesome anthem singer

Edit: and I was cheering for Boston to win the cup against Vancouver. I'm not sure if that means I hate Vancouver more, or that Vancouver embarrassed the sport that year....

I guess I hated Vancouver so much that the thought if seeing chara hoist the cup wasn't so repulsive...

There's a post in the GDT on Bruins board about how Clode prepares his new players to what means to play against the Habs . Hilarious read :laugh::laugh:

Go Habs Go!!!

Good Lard, this is pathetic. There's really a problem with this team and its fans. It must have something to do with the city. So much anger, it's unhealthy.

This is one of those games Shaw has to show he deserves that contract and how he's supposedly a pain in the ass for the other teams.

Just got the news that Jacques Demers just had another stroke this morning. Not looking good for him, hope he will get through this.

They should show Radulov some videos about the rivalry against the Ruins to get him pumped even more if that's even possible ))
