And wtf was that methot check on Radu while he was on his knees. The purpose of a check is to separate the player from the puck. Radu doesn't have the puck and he's on his ****ing knees. That was stupid. Harmless, but pretty dumb.

Let's go habs. Score some drity goals. Just do it Gallagher.

oh man we can complain all we want about the ****** zebras - and they have been ******, but fact is, habs are so thin up front they require several things to go their way in order to score and win

Can't wait for the rationalizing fans to chime in in the PGT after we lose that it's better to not win the division anyway and that it's good that we lost!

I think they have a couple of more years until it gets to that point but it's coming sooner than many people think.

The holes we have are to big and to expensive to correct. We are literally watching our new coach try and rely on a goalie to keep game 1 and under to win. It's finished. I'd rather Bergevin doesn't mortgage our future on this extremely flawed roster.

2 more years after this one. It's kind of crazy the Sens wasted so much of the ridiculous good contract he was on with crap teams.

Does Karlsson get $9m?

Easily. He's the best defenseman in the league.

He'd get $10m+ if he hit the open market.

At this rate the 1WC could be= NYR , CLB, or PIT.. sheesh. Forget it. I want 2nd seed. Let OTT take 1st .. enjoy.

Almost every sport - even world cup soccer jockey for better positioning in knock off rounds. 1st place means absolutely nothing - its a suicide spot. Take 2nd, play a tough 6 game series with the bruins.. then get home ice and cross fingers against the 1WC and hope they get a few injuries from the first series.

Nah. It's the Rangers. They are too far back to catch any of Caps, Pens or Jackets.

Rangers don't worry me.

Meh Bob pretty m uch just pumps whatever team he's talking about's breaks on tsn radio I find...

It may have not been a high profile trade but it had a huge impact on the sens success. They would not be fighting for top in Atlantic if Hammond was in nets. He sucked this year.

As for habs fans complaining about broadcast, I get it. Sens fans have to deal with it all the time. But bob cole wears his underwear outside of his pants so he annoys both fan bases

It's not in his trades or necessarily some of the bad contracts handed out/inherited where his GM tenure will be viewed as a disappointment. It's in how prospects almost nearly all didn't pan out or turn into impact players under his watch and his choices for coaches between 2012-17. A slew of draft years thrown out the window. Sure Timmins can take the blame for it too, but how these young guys were handled down on the farm then with Therrien as their "mentor" says it all. Bergy was inexperienced then put all his trust in the wrong guys.

He's been a disaster on the trade front as well. We all know what happened this summer but it's not only what he's done but what he hasn't done as well. In 5 years the only positive addition to the team was Radulov. And that was a gift .

Man for a guy who is suppose to be color commentary.... Galley is ridiculous he literally hasn't mentioned one positive thing about the Habs during the whistle.

Edit.... finally in the third bringing up the Habs record when trailing after 2.

Really? We should basically have all of our core players still in 2 years. I'd say things won't start to fall apart for more like 4/5 years.

If Price leaves, this team is screwed...2 years away. We've seen this team with average goaltending.
