I’m pretty sure Yo El Armia has a target based setup at home only he gets points for never hitting the f***ing thing.

The guy couldn’t score in a Mexican house of ill repute with an endless supply of currency.

I'm completely done with him. He can't hit the net, he has zero effort, his feet are never moving and the amount of times he doesn't even extend or reach if a pass is a little bit out of his reach is baffling. He will literally let passes go by him rather than reach out for them. I've never seen anything like it, and it's not a rare thing. He's lazy, he's useless and his "aim" is so bad it's almost comical.

Surely Laine's return will get Armia off the power play, but I really hope it just gets him out of the lineup altogether.

He's infuriating.

I am not talking just about last 2 1/2years... With exception of a fluke cup run in a season where Habs wouldn't have made playoffs if they played regular divisions, this team hasn't been anything since they won the cup. As far as rebuild goes, like mentioned 1000s of times here- you want to see progress. And you want to see less stupid decisions like the ones MSL and Hughes are making. The lack of competent coaching and management is what tells me this rebuild will unlikely to result in much. Happy for those the feel optimistic, but I am not one of them.

Newhook should be on the 3rd or 4th line. I don't get how MSL can put Slaf on the 4th but Newhook is still on the 1st line. He's playing with our 2 best goal scorers and he still has NO ASSISTS on the season. That's insane! At this point I'd rather Anderson than Newhook on the 1st line (and for the record, I DON'T want Anderson there, put Slaf ffs)

If it's the case then the system is the problem not the players. That could have been more aggressive but at the end of the day that goal was scored close to the net and it's on the goalie and dmen maybe center but i'd have to watch the replay.

Yes, that's what man to man is. It's not a good system. You don't have to take my word for it, listen to who Marc Denis says is at fault for that goal.
