And the funny part is some posters saying how Bergevin was "right" to not sign Markov and yet...it was all good to sign Streit. lolll There are so many comedians on this board.

I believe that's my cue ;)

Just bad puck luck tonight right?
Could be...unless you believe they'll get creamed every night. Thing is, you're generalizing the entire season on 2 bad periods...come on man. If we'd be up 4-0 and people would be cheering you'd be telling posters to temper their expectations and rightfully so.../I'm just returning the favour.

Hudon will be moved on the 1st line soon.
And please, free Byron from the 4th line.

Any good team that can move the puck will rip holes through this Swiss cheese defense. It's a f***ing joke. And 80% of this forum saw it coming since July so what the f*** is Bergevin's excuse?

What a piece of shit he is.

Beaulieu is a lot better than Benn, comon
For sure, another example of not being able to properly manage players and getting rid of them the minute they don't toe the line. Beaulieu has offensive upside as well. Benn might be lucky to have one go off him.

No they're having a horrible game it was 3:0 after 3 minutes ffs! You think this is how they're going to play the whole season? Give me a break, geez.
You see street and Benn and alzner playing BETTER the whole season?

Our D has systemic problems.

Offensively? Yeah sure. Defensively, you can hate Bergevin as much as you want, but you are lying if you are saying that Beaulieu was better than him defensively. Beaulieu was such a liability, that they were afraid of putting him on the PP in risk of a shg. Benn looks awful with Streit, Beaulieu looked awful no mater who he played with.

I know its only game 2 and i was optimistic and will still reserve judgement until the 20 game mark. But damn...doesnt look like much has changed at all from last year in terms of style of play. I mean the PP looked good but still cant score...:help:
