One big problem with this team is that the only net presence are Gallagher and who else?
Who goes in the corners to fight for pucks? 34 years old Plekanec and 5'8" Gallagher.

You say that Benn looked good before he turned into a pumpkin. I'm saying that Beaulieu has always been a pumpkin and looks good once a blue moon. If it's irrelevant than why do you keep saying lol Bergevin protected Benn over Beaulieu?

Because protecting a 7th d man in an expansion draft is f***ing laughable.

when the habs apply offensive pressure, its REALLY easy to defend. When other teams apply pressure, its much more dangerous looking.

CJ has some good strategies and isn't a complete fool like Therrien. Plus we can only hire french coaches and he was the best available at the time.

If this language barrier doesn't get broken soon, we'll never win again. Unless the French Canadian talent surges at some point years from now.

I know right. It's going so well tonight. That D is looking so great. Everything is fine.
No they're having a horrible game it was 3:0 after 3 minutes ffs! You think this is how they're going to play the whole season? Give me a break, geez.

No one cares
It's not just early season panic for no reason. The team is put wrong plain and simple. A slow D that can't pass nor skate. Add to that a lackluster offense. This team is going nowhere. Ok big deal, maybe they turn things around by beating on Buffalo and Vegas and we make the playoffs. However, Habs stand no chance against decent teams. We're seeing it tonight. It's not just chemistry it's the wrong set of skills all put together on one team.
This team played like **** against Buffalo....a lot of people said that against a a good team, they'd get hammered.....and voila.....here we are.

Very easy to play against and cannot score goals, add to that a very slow D and you have the recipe for a contending team. BTW I miss the sarcasm thingy.

where are you watching it

After failing to find an online stream, I put up the money to watch it on AHL Live. Worth every penny. While we can laugh and cry over how the Habs are put together or how their performing tonight, what has been done with the Laval Rocket is something we can all be thrilled with. At least someone like me who likes to follow the farm team.

It's the second night in a row Laval is all over Belleville.
