This is the ideal ending:

- Habs win in SO: 3-2. And get 2 points.
- 2 goals scored by Habs: 1 own-goal by Sabres player on empty net when they pull the goalie when Habs get called for a penalty. The other goal is from a shot at red line, it's a total fluke goal.
- Habs will be outshot 45-15, outchanced, outhit.. Tokarski is brilliant. Without him, the score would be 7-2 for Sabres.
- PP is 0/ 10.

In brief, Habs play terribly bad, and still get 2 points.
Therrien will be on hot seat.

Optional practice this morning... Only 5 players show up.

Price, Tokarski, Beaulieu, Bourque, and Moen.

Price has no business being there. He deserves a break.

After last nights disgrace and only 5 players show? That's a huge reason why this team sucks right now. No one seems to give a ****.

I expect Sekac to return tonight.

Pacioretty-Desharnais-Parenteau
Galchenyuk-Plekanec-Gallagher
Prust-Eller-Sekac
Bournival-Malhotra-Weise

Markov – Subban
Emelin – Gilbert
Tinordi – Weaver

Scratches: Moen, Bourque and Beaulieu

We'll be lucky if Sekac takes Bork's spot, in the best possible world, we'd see Bourni on the 3rd instead of Prust

Dude Therrien is NEVER on the hot seat after a win. He liked how his team competed last night, imagine how happy he would've been if they won.

As DD ever attended a Habs optional practice? I don't recall ever seeing his name listed for one of these.

I think it's the beginning of the end for Bourque with the Habs. Sekac should take this chance and never look behind again.

Bournival needs to steal Moen's place too.

Both kids need to show the team that they are ready to play full time.

I know people hate Therrien here, but you need to give the spot to the veteran at least at the beginning of the year until he loses it. You need to respect the player, for what he has done in the past and for the experience. Bergevin said a lot of times that if a young player plays good enough, they will make space for him. Sekac and Bournival need to take the opportunity they are having right now to be playing full time.

If they play good enough, I expect Bourque to be traded for almost nothing. Moen could stay to be a 13th forward.

Both Tinordi and Beaulieu need to play so the musical chair will continue for the time being.

So I'm torn between choosing habs players or not for tonight in fantasy hockey? DD and Patches or Chuckie and Pleky? Im sure Desharnais could come up with a multi point game against the Sabres, Subban and Markov?

Basically I'm torn between DD and Patches or Brassard and Nash.

What do you guys think, who will come up big against this near Ahl squad?

Also Sekac, Bourni and Tinordi in is great news.

Take the opportunity? They are set up to fail

Bournival doesn't play for a month and then is thrown in to a game, you think his timing is on?

Sekac playing well, scores his first goal, creating chances with Eller even if they aren't finishing, responsible on def and then bang, go take a seat for 7 games, you think he's gonna having his timing on tonight?

Bourque doesn't need chances because he's a vet, that's bull****, every one and their uncle knows what your getting from Bork.... Nothing!
