He’s been caught multiple times this year.

3 times since he became a prominent name.

Who knows about before then.

As @M.C.G. 31 said, Who knows about how much he’s done it without being caught.

That’s different than having 1-2 before leaving a friends every now and then.

I highly doubt many people have driven above the limit. At first I thought by limit we were talking about speed, which, yeah, probably. But over the legal drinking limit? I highly doubt many people drove above it, because most people (at least, I would hope) aren’t selfish enough to put other people’s lives at risk when getting an Uber is just as easy as a few taps on your phone screen.

Speeding puts other people's lives at risk too.

I hate to call Jimmy Uso an idiot or anything like that but 3 DUI arrests probably means he has a serious problem. I have a couple of friends who've got one DUI and learned their lesson. I've driven while probably being over the limit before (but have never driven drunk) and one time, I got pulled over after maybe 3-4 drinks. Luckily I blew under the limit, but after that scare, I hold myself to a 2 drink limit if I'm driving. I would never take the risk again so I'm having trouble sympathizing with Jimmy. Plus with his money and fame, why not take a cab.

I hope this doesn't stop WWE from continuing with the Uso penitentiary gimmick. They will probably get a lot of bad chants from fan, but I say just let it be and it will eventually pass.

I don't know man. I try not to by a hypocrite. I'm a person who has never taken a drug in the world, so there is my obvious background. But have I probably driven home above the limit before? Yeah. I bet you the majority of people in this thread have driven home above the limit before. Some probably have a DUI. That doesn't make them a clown.

Maybe some people have other problems like gambling or drug addiction. I bet you at least someone here does. It's just too common. So yes - he has to own his responsibility and stop putting people at risk. No doubt about it. But unless we all live a life of perfection, I don't think we can classify humans are clowns.

Once again - not condoning the action. Just not into the idea of acting like i'm above things that i'm not.

Live a little Cole ;)

Meltzer says the Punk/Cody comments aren’t a work.

This is one scenario where Dave legitimately has no idea if that's true or not.

... Punk plays things close to the vest and always has, and if Cody and others want to keep things a secret, they will. Same reason Moxley was always speculated but never leaked.

Punk has obviously thought about coming back at least since that mystery spot he did at that indy show. Whether it's because of AEW or Heyman being promoted in WWE, I wouldn't be confident enough to say that it likely will happen eventually. But the door is at least cracked open.

Cody’s last tweet during the entire fallout from the ESPN interview where Punk essentially said they aren’t doing business properly if they want him said something along the lines that Punk could end up in WWE over AEW for all he knows.

Punk is also on record as saying that the 2014 guy and the one he is today aren’t the same at all.

I’d love to see him back in either company. Generational mic worker. The sole reason for me coming back full-time after Edge retired.

I just don't see Punk going back to WWE in a wrestling capacity.

... He seems like the type that would view himself as a failure if he went back.

WWE Network is now $12.99 a month? When did that happen? They must just rake on the Network. That's almost $160 a person each year.

Punk would be a huge get for AEW. The guy is missed big time in the WWE. His act was one of the better things about the WWE this decade.

Are you saying this as fact or are you saying this as opinion. Let's specify one.

Educated guess. I think you could argue making the events not PPV has hurt them in prestige and anticipation honestly. It's not MUST SEE anymore.

Nothing is, but it’s $13. Again, who cares? It’s like a $1-2 increase.

$4 increase. Remember all the talent saying $9.99. It doesn't matter though, you're right. I wouldn't pay for it anyways. 5 hours between Raw and Smackdown, NXT, and with AEW coming. I'm tuckered out by Thursday before a lame PPV on Sunday. Just my opinion.

Surely there is some massive penalties in the states for driving without a license?

As with anything in the States, the penalties massively depend on where you live. Liberal, crime ridden areas are a lot less worried about "Petty" stuff like that. I happen to work in one of those areas, where you can basically get a $250 bond and probation for illegally carrying a gun... So you can imagine how they treat driving offenses.

All that being said, it's getting away from the point, which was if dummy is driving drunk, taking away his license sure isn't going to prevent him from driving.
