No excuse for what Uso is doing at all. This is #3 in 8 years, should be released and sent to rehab. Once is a mistake, 3 times though shows a habit and that something has to be done before it's to late.

Lol... "If you have a DUI, you won't play."

We all knew that was horse shit at the time, but holy f*** is it ever.

Maybe he's not a clown but has an alcohol problem and could possibly get some help. Maybe WWE should force him into a program before he kills someone drunk driving.

Uso is a clown because he keeps driving while drunk. He can have a drinking problem and drink all he wants but he's a clown when he repeatedly puts other people in danger. Should still do rehab, though at this point he does deserve a run in jail.

I wonder if he’s drinking by himself in bars, or if the people around him who know he is gonna get in his car don’t bother trying to stop him, or if he does it anyway, or etc etc

I don't know man. I try not to by a hypocrite. I'm a person who has never taken a drug in the world, so there is my obvious background. But have I probably driven home above the limit before? Yeah. I bet you the majority of people in this thread have driven home above the limit before. Some probably have a DUI. That doesn't make them a clown.

Maybe some people have other problems like gambling or drug addiction. I bet you at least someone here does. It's just too common. So yes - he has to own his responsibility and stop putting people at risk. No doubt about it. But unless we all live a life of perfection, I don't think we can classify humans are clowns.

Once again - not condoning the action. Just not into the idea of acting like i'm above things that i'm not.

If you drink and drive you’re an idiot. Plain and simple. It’s so easy to get an Uber or Lyft or taxi these days. There’s no excuse.

You doing it as well, though probably to a lesser degree, by no means absolves Uso of his shitty behaviour. I'm very confident that I've never driven above the limit and that also has no bearing on his situation. If this report is to be believed then he was not just above the limit by some marginal amount but crossing lanes at very dangerous speeds and putting people in danger. There is no defending it. It's also not the first time. If he, or anyone else in this thread or wherever else, repeatedly drives around in a manner that puts other people in danger then clown is a very generous description.

I highly doubt many people have driven above the limit. At first I thought by limit we were talking about speed, which, yeah, probably. But over the legal drinking limit? I highly doubt many people drove above it, because most people (at least, I would hope) aren’t selfish enough to put other people’s lives at risk when getting an Uber is just as easy as a few taps on your phone screen.

I've never driven over the limit. I don't drink if I have my car. If I know I'm drinking I cab it. More often than not I drive to my buddy's, leave my car there and get it in the morning.

I'm sure the Usos can afford a cab, if I can.

If I’m driving I’m have a one drink limit and it’s not something crazy either. Legit one. Self control isn’t hard unless you have a problem.

yeah beeing over the limit, doesnt mean you're drunk.
im not saying its a good idea to drive. im just saying he probably gives them enough reason to arrest him when he gets pulled over.
(squaring up with the cops and shitty attitude and of course over the limit)

As well as 85 in a 45 and swerving around the road and stumbling and swaying haha
And reeking of alcohol.
I'd also argue that most would have to be well over the limit to square up to a cop.

Im fine if people want to call the guy out. 100 percent deserves it. But nobody here is perfect. We all do something. So until then, i cannot throw someone in the fire if in guilty of other things too.

Drunk words, sober thoughts. This is the 2nd time in six months he's been wasted and non-compliant or straight up confrontational with the police. That's not even factoring in the DUI itself.
