Look, this is a year with quite a few top end centre prospects, and in Habs fashion they will draft none of them. Enjoy the ride and hope Dach ends up being more than what he's shown.

Sabres believe their own hype. You can see it the way they try globetrotters plays. They deserved the loss just for that.

As for the Habs, they played as well as they could and Monty surpassed his own ceiling in this one. Young D’s surprise once again. Dach is not bringing enough, I’m concerned. Guhle is the one true diamond here, holy hell does this guy bring it every single shift.

With the amount of misery I see on the boards when the habs are 4-4, I shudder to think what will be happening when they go on the more expected stretches where they get 3-4 wins in a 10 game stretch.
